As a registered 501(c)3* nonprofit organization, Feed Our Rural Kids Incorporated is committed to the ideal that no child should be denied their full potential in life because of the financial situation they were born into. As such, our purpose is to raise money that will provide nutritional support to children from food insecure homes within the Northland Pines, Three Lakes, and Phelps school districts.
In order to fulfill the promise of FORK, we believe that when individuals in our communities understand the circumstances and consequences around this food insecurity issues affecting our kids, those who can, will help.
Sure the challenge to provide all kids equal opportunity through proper nutrition is a big one. But what child should we purposely decide to leave behind. So today, with your financial support, we will work to help just one more kid.

February 2025 will mark the end of the FORK Endowment’s 4-year Capital Campaign
We are excited to say that currently we are on track to meet our 'Phase One' goal of $1,000,000.00
The expansion of FORK’s organizational vision led us to create FORK's Legacy Fund. We see it as a 'Legacy of Hope' for generations of kids to come. Through this capital campaign, the children who need food today, as well as those who will be hungry tomorrow, can be assured of that promise of hope for their futures.
The FORK Legacy Fund was created to meet the chronic long-term financial challenges faced by all area nonprofit organizations in addressing ongoing childhood food insecurity.
A simple way for you to understand this relationship is that FORK stands for food security for children and the FORK Legacy Fund will stand as financial security for area organizations supporting those children, including FORK.
